Every game with a Daily follows these rules. What differs, such as board size, difficulty or how many mistakes a run allows, is on each game’s page.
One puzzle per date
- Your clock sets the date. The site reads your device’s date, and a new Daily begins when your clock passes midnight. At 23:30 UTC on 17 October, it is already 18 October in Tokyo and still 17 October in Honolulu.
- Shared by date. Each game builds a day’s puzzle from the date alone, so players on one date begin with the same puzzle. Bubble Shooter shares only the starting board and first bubbles. Its later rows follow your shots.
- Numbered by day. The first Daily, #1, was 1 November 2026, and each day adds one.
One counted try per day
Only your first result on a date is recorded. A round belongs to the date you started it, even if you finish after midnight.
Some games let you give up, such as FreeCell. A Daily you give up is saved as a loss once the 6-second Undo has passed. If you switch tabs or leave the page, it is saved straight away.
Streaks
- Streaks are kept per game.
- A streak grows by one when you count a Daily the day after your last counted one. After a missed day it starts again at 1.
- In games with wins and losses, such as Minesweeper, only a win counts and a loss resets the streak to 0. In the other games, finishing counts.
- Skip a whole date and the streak shows 0. If your last counted Daily was yesterday, it still shows today.
- The streak at the top of this page is the highest current one across your games.
Replay as practice
Reopen a finished Daily and the page shows that result. Next to it is Replay as practice: the same puzzle again, with your records left alone.
Games made for fast retries, such as Typing Test and Reaction Time Test, open in Free play once today’s Daily is done. Tap the Daily tab to see your result.
Sharing a result
- Copy result copies the game name with Daily #N, a short summary and a link.
- Share image makes a tall picture on your device with the game title, your result in large type, the summary and the site name. Many games add an abstract picture of your round, designed to give nothing of the answer away. Where your device can share files, it opens the share sheet. Otherwise it downloads a PNG.
Both buttons still work after you reopen a finished Daily.
Where your records live
Your records, streaks and today’s finished Daily are saved by the browser on this device. Another browser or device keeps its own. Deleting this website’s saved data in your browser settings removes them. The privacy policy lists what is kept.
